TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Our system displays all the information about the services offered, but not the availability. When a reservation is generated, you will immediately receive an automatic notification with a copy of the registered data. Within a period of no more than 48 hours, one of our advisors will contact you via email to confirm the status of your reservation, according to the availability of the requested service.

Passengers are responsible for correctly providing their email and contact telephone numbers. If passengers do not receive the confirmation email within the established period, they must contact info@inkawhisper.com. Inka Whisper is responsible for facilitating the process of booking tourist services, as well as the service to be provided.

PRICES OF PROGRAMS AND SERVICES

All rates are expressed in US dollars and new soles, and do not include the 18% VAT applicable to Peruvians and foreigners residing in Peru (exempt for foreigners).
Published rates are not valid for holidays, bank holidays or long weekends unless explicitly stated. Rates for groups of more than 10 people are subject to discounts, it is recommended to consult with our reservations department info@inkawhisper.com.

All transportation rates are subject to change and availability of space to be confirmed on the day the reservation is made. This available rate will be sent via email by one of our advisors.

RESERVATIONS, PAYMENTS AND DEPOSITS

The confirm the reservation, we must have received your payment for the contracted services or the security deposit.

The reservation will be confirmed when one of our advisors informs you via email of the confirmed status and the corresponding confirmation code. Payments or security deposits must be made through our online system or, failing that, to the company's bank accounts.

INCLUDED SERVICES: Prices include only the services as confirmed by the service.

NOT INCLUDED SERVICES: Any other service not expressly listed: 1) Excess baggage in air transport, visas, airport taxes, service taxes, tips, vaccination certificates, extras, drinks, special diets, optional hotel services, laundry, VAT and other current and/or future taxes; 2) Accommodations, meals and/or additional expenses or damages caused by cancellations, delays in departures or arrivals of means of transport, or for unforeseen reasons beyond the company's control; 3) Food en route, except those expressly included.

DOCUMENTATION: For trips abroad, it is necessary to comply with the legislation in force in each case. It will be the exclusive responsibility of the CLIENT to have the personal and family documentation that the corresponding immigration authority requires. It is also mandatory that the client carry their documents throughout their trip, as well as the Andean Migration Card (TAM) that is issued upon entering our country, since said document excludes all visitors from internal taxes.

LUGGAGE: Luggage is the exclusive responsibility of the CLIENT. THE AGENCY is not obliged to respond for losses, damages or deterioration that it may suffer for any reason during the trip.

HOTELS: The quality and content of the services provided by the hotel are determined by the official tourist category assigned. In the event that THE AGENCY is forced to change the confirmed hotel due to the celebration of special events and/or situations beyond its control, its responsibility will be limited to offering a hotel of equal or higher category. Accommodation, food, transportation and other expenses arising from delays in departures and returns of means of transport (or lack of connecting flights) due to meteorological, technical, strike or other force majeure causes shall be borne by the CLIENT. The rooms booked are of standard type, unless otherwise specified in writing.

DOCUMENTATION
Passengers must carry a valid passport or travel document according to their nationality, according to the legal regulations required by Peru.
Passengers who hire our services as foreigners not domiciled in Peru must send a copy of the immigration stamp with the date of entry into the country, which must not exceed the number of days according to the current regulations for exemption from paying VAT, otherwise they must pay VAT on the total value of the contracted service.
Family groups containing children must carry their passport or ID; if traveling only with one of the parents or a guardian, they must present a notarial permit with authorization from the parents. If you have made the payment and do not present this documentation, the service will not be provided and you will be penalized 100%.

REFUNDS: At the time of booking confirmation, forty (30%) percent of the total amount of the SERVICE must be deposited, in which case no place will be considered as firmly committed until said deposit is made and the requested services are fully confirmed. Until the time of confirmation of the SERVICE, it may be subject to modifications in any of its conditions. Packages and tours must be reserved with the payment of forty (30%) percent of the total value of the same. If any condition is modified at the time of final confirmation, THE CLIENT may opt to cancel the operation, having the right to a refund of all amounts paid for the reservation.

CLIENT CANCELLATIONS AND/OR CANCELLATION OF THE TRIP: At any time THE CLIENT may cancel the requested or contracted services, having the right to a refund of the amount paid. Cancellations or changes made by THE CLIENT must be submitted in writing by the client as soon as possible, subject to compensation to THE AGENCY for the concepts detailed below: 1) Management costs (incurred by the selling agency). 2) Cancellation costs, if any (incurred by the tourist providers). 3) Compensation consisting of a percentage of the total amount, depending on the type of service contracted and the cancellation policy of the service provider. In the event of no-show at the time of departure without prior documented cancellation, or late presentation, this will result in the total loss of the amount and the SERVICE. Some contracted services are subject to special economic cancellation conditions in which one hundred (100%) percent of the tickets already issued must be paid regardless of how far in advance the cancellation occurs (air tickets, accommodation, pre-purchased Inca Trail tickets, entrance to Machu Picchu – Huayna Picchu, etc.). In these cases, cancellation fees will be established according to the specific conditions of each provider. In the event of withdrawal from credit transactions, the amounts paid for the report, administrative fees, stamp duty and interest will not be reimbursed.

CONCLUSIONS
KNOWLEDGE AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE CONDITIONS: THE CLIENT is notified and accepts the content of the General Conditions of the Inka Whisper Travel Agency.

THE AGENCY is exempt from all responsibility for any inconveniences that may arise, and it is expressly stated that the passenger has been advised with this information.
